Online fraud has caused me to question messages asking for info from me or asking me to click on \ download \ open *anything*. Causes some delays with legit messages but I'm willing to deal with that rather than risking a malware infection! I'd also add that everyone should 1: Have up to date patching on your operating system This includes your smart phones which can be infected 2: Anti-virus software that updates frequently (where appropriate) 3: Keep the security settings in your browser turned on Pop-up blocker, phishing blocker, etc...
